Tonsils Treatment At Home

 

Tonsils are a common disease in children, while adults are often affected. Tonsils are often enlarged due to a viral or bacterial infection.

Common symptoms of tonsils include sore throat, fever, swelling, runny nose, difficulty swallowing, bad breath, coughing and sneezing.

Tonsil disease is spread from one to another through coughing and sneezing, so it needs to be treated immediately. So antibiotics are used for tonsils. But infection can also be prevented by home remedies as soon as symptoms appear.

1. Honey

Use of honey is very useful for any throat disease including tonsils. Add honey to warm water and mix well. Honey reduces swelling and pain in the throat.

2. Lemon

The anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties in lemon protect against infection. The vitamin C present in it gives the body the ability to fight infection. Add the juice of one lemon, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of honey to a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this water slowly twice a day.

3. Basil Leaves

Basil leaves have antiviral properties. They reduce swelling and pain along with reducing sore throat. Boil 10 to 12 basil leaves in one and a half cups of water. Cook for ten minutes and strain. Add lemon juice to it. Drink three times a day for two to three days.

4. Turmeric

The antiseptic properties present in turmeric eliminate the infection of the tonsils and soothe the sores. Add a spoonful of turmeric powder to a glass of warm water and gargle with this water several times a day, especially at night before going to bed.

5. Cinnamon

Cinnamon can also be used to treat tonsils. Cinnamon inhibits the growth of bacteria in the tonsils and reduces swelling, pain and inflammation. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of warm water. Add two teaspoons of honey to it. Take small sips and drink warm. Drink twice a day for a week.

Tonsils bachon mein hone wali aam bimari hai jabke aksar bare bhi is se mutasir ho jate hein. Aksar viral ya bacterial infection ki waja se tonsils barh jate hein. Tonsils ki aam alamat mein galay ki kharash, bukhar, soojan ho jana, naak behna, nigalne mein takleef hona, saans mein badboo, khansi aur cheenkein shamil hein. Tonsils ki beemari khansi aur cheenko ke zariye aik se doosre ko lagti hai is liye iska fori ilaj zaroori hota hai. Youn to tonsils ke liye antibiotics ka istemal karaya jata hai. Lekin alamat zahir hone ke sath hi gharelu ilaj ke zariye bhi infection se bachaya ja sakta hai. 

1. Shehad 
Tonsils samet galay ke kisi bhi marz ke liye shehad ka istemal behad mufeed hai. Shehad ko garam pani mein daal kar achi tarah se mix kar ke istemal karein. Shehad galay ki soojan aur takleeef ko kam karta hai. 

2. Lemon 
Lemon mein mojood anti bacterial, anti viral khusoosiyat infections se bachatihai. Is mein mojood vitamic C jism ko infection se bachne ki salahiyat faraham karti hai. 1 glass neem garam pani mein 1 lemon ka juice, 1 chutki namak aur 1 teaspoon shehad shamil karein. Din mein 2 martaba is pani ko ahista ahista pieyn. 

3. Tulsi Ke Patte 
Tulsi ke patto mein anti viral khusoosiyat hein. Ye galay ki kharash ko kam karne ke sath soojan aur dard ko bhi kam karte hein. 1.5 cup mein pani mein 10 se 12 tulse ke patte daal kar josh de lein. 10 minute tak paka kar chaan lein. Is mein lemon ka juice shamil karein. 2 3 din tak din mein 3 martaba piyen. 

4. Haldi 
Haldi mein mojood antiseptic khusoosiyat tonsils ke infection ko khatam karti hein aur kharash men aram deti hein. 1 glass garam pani mein 1 spoon haldi powder shamil karein aur is pani se din mein kai martaba gharare karein, Khas tor par raat ko sone se pehle. 

5. Daarchini 
Daarchini ko bhi tonsils ke ilaj ke liye istemal kya ja saktahai. Daar cheeni tonsils mein bacterial ki nasho numa ko rokti hai aur soojan, dard aur sozish ko kam karti hai. 1 teaspoon daarchini powder 1 glass garam pani mein shamil karein. Is mein 2 chaye ke chammach shehad daalein. Chote chote ghont lekar garam hi piyen. 1 hafte tak din mein 2 martaba piyen.
