Jis aurat ka hamal saqit ho jata ho use chahiye ke ibtida se lekar 9 maine tak Surah Ar Ra'd Ayat # 8 ko parh kar pani par dam kar ke piti rahein. Insha Allah umeed bar aaye gi.
