Tamam ingredients ko blender machine mein daal kar achi tarah blend kar lein, chahen to blender machine mein baraf shamil kar lein ya mashroob banane ke baad freeze kar ke piyen.
Kuch hi dino ke use se aap ka wieght kam hona shru ho jaye ga.
